Electricity Deposit
A $150 electricity deposit is due May 15, 2027. No deposit is required if your credit balance exceeds $100 as of September 30, 2026. Any remaining credit balance is carried over to the next season. Electric meters will be read and billed three times throughout the season.
Site Reservation Deposit
A $200 deposit was required by September 30, 2026 to reserve the site for the 2027 season and cover winter storage. The deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from the seasonal fee when full payment is received.

Payment notes: Post-dated cheque payments may be arranged after the $200 deposit has been paid. Cheques must be dated for the first of each month: 3 cheques or e-transfers (Nov/Dec/Jan) if paying by January 1, 2027, or 7 (Nov through May) if paying by May 15, 2027, divided as evenly as possible.
Any seasonal camper who has not paid the entire seasonal fee by May 15, 2027 will be subject to interest or an eviction notice, and will be responsible for all charges related to such eviction.
